# Tenant Customer Tracking Implementation Plan

|
### Executive Summary
|
|
Currently, the tenant creation workflow creates records only within the new tenant's database. To enable proper business management and customer relationship tracking, we need to enhance the system to simultaneously create customer records in the nineminds (management) tenant for each newly provisioned tenant.
