Alga PSA Mobile helps technicians and service desk staff stay on top of tickets from anywhere.
With the Ticketing MVP you can:
- Sign in securely using your organization’s configured SSO (Microsoft / Google) through the system browser.
- Browse your ticket queue with fast search and filters.
- Open a ticket to view key details and the latest conversation.
- Post updates (internal or public) and change ticket status.
- Perform critical actions like assign-to-me, set priority, set due date, and add time entries (where enabled).
This app is intended for existing Alga PSA customers and requires an Alga-hosted environment.
