Mobile Accessibility Audit (Pre-release)
Date: 2026-02-03
Scope: Ticketing MVP screens (Sign In, Tickets list, Ticket detail, Settings)
Checklist (WCAG-aligned)
Global
- Tap targets meet minimum size guidance (44x44pt equivalent) for primary actions and list rows.
- Text is readable with OS font scaling (no fixed-size clipping in primary flows).
- Focus order is sensible (top-to-bottom, left-to-right within sections).
- Interactive elements provide an accessibility role/label.
- Error states provide actionable, readable messages (not color-only).
Tickets list
- Search input has a clear label/placeholder.
- Filter controls are reachable and labeled.
- Ticket rows provide a coherent label (ticket #, title, status/priority).
- Status/priority badges maintain sufficient contrast.
Ticket detail
- Major sections are marked as headings (title/Description/Comments).
- Timeline entries read in chronological order with a single coherent label each.
- Comment composer is labeled; send action is discoverable.
- Link-outs require confirmation to avoid accidental navigation.
Settings
- Toggles have labels and clear on/off state.
- Destructive actions (logout, clear cache) require confirmation.

- This audit is a baseline pass; re-run before external beta (TestFlight / Play Internal) after any major UI change.
